Small cage

Μικρό κλουβί
  • Publisher: Hestia Publications

The characters I created exist in an impossibility of being. I made them incomplete. Unable to live happily. Moments only. Moments suspended between the imaginary and a reality that plotted with the dream. The crippled years of Sifis, his sarcasm. Stephen's irrational love for the statue of Iselina - thus shifting his love for her. I wrote most of the scenes on buses, during office hours, on breaks between plays I went to. Dialogues started pouring out of me. I felt the need to write theatre.

The novel is about the difficult years, right after the Second World War with the wounds still fresh for those who lived it as children.
