My goal was to lead Natalia and Christina to a kind of self-awareness so that they could realize their mistakes but also their strength, and reach their inner truth, which means liberating themselves. A woman’s power, her superiority, lies not in her feminist struggles but in internal sources of self-knowledge. All she has to do is reveal them. Natalia and Christina will reach this revelation through different and painful paths. A revelation that offers this truth: The dignity with which they experience their personal solitude is the price for their self-sacrifice.<\/p>\n
